Telissa helps small teams build systems that make work feel lighter—not louder.
She’s always been a data nerd. But what really excites her isn’t data for data’s sake. It’s what happens when information, structure, and thoughtful systems come together to make people’s work easier.
That belief was shaped through years of working behind the scenes in operations, where she saw firsthand what happens when a growing organization starts moving faster than the systems supporting it.
At one point, she was part of a small, informal team of just 5–8 people. As the organization grew into a consistently staffed team of 20–25—and even larger during peak seasons—the way the work got done had to grow with it.
Telissa built the infrastructure to support that growth—turning manual processes into documented workflows, centralized systems, and automated processes that reduced repetitive work and made it easier for the team to operate consistently.
She turned information that had previously lived in people’s heads into communication workflows, recruiting and onboarding processes, expense management systems, internal controls, and detailed SOPs that made training faster, expectations clearer, and day-to-day operations easier to manage.
The result?
Less chaos. Less time spent reinventing the wheel. Better visibility. A team that could grow without constantly putting more weight on the people holding everything together.
