Built with Intention
I help small teams build systems that make work feel lighter—not louder.
I’ve always been a data nerd. But what really excites me isn’t data for data’s sake—it’s using information, structure, and thoughtful systems to make people’s work easier.
Over the last few years, I’ve worked in operations at a growing nonprofit that scaled from a small, informal team of 5–8 people to a consistently staffed organization of 20–25 (and more during peak seasons).
As the team grew, I built systems around what had previously lived in people’s heads: communication workflows, recruiting and onboarding processes, expense management, internal controls, and detailed SOPs that made training faster and clearer.
The result?
Less chaos. Less time spent reinventing the wheel. Better visibility. A team that could grow without burning out—and an organization that stays audit-ready without last-minute scrambles.
That experience is what led me to start this consulting work.

Why I do this work
I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming the backend of a business can become—especially for small teams, solo business owners, and creators who are trying to do everything themselves.
You shouldn’t have to juggle spreadsheets, inboxes, tools, and half-finished processes just to keep your business running.
I started this work to help small businesses, creatives, and coaches build simple, human-centered systems that:
- Reduce admin stress
- Save time and mental energy
- Make day-to-day work feel organized and manageable
- Create space to focus on what actually matters in your business
Whether that’s building a clean, centralized database to track leads, clients, schedules, invoices, payments, and expenses—or organizing files and naming conventions so tax season doesn’t feel overwhelming—my goal is always the same: clarity and ease on the backend.

My approach: human-first operations
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all systems.
Before building anything, I take time to understand how you (or your team) actually work—especially the people who are in the nitty-gritty of the admin day to day. Systems should support real humans, real workflows, and real lives.
My philosophy is simple:
- Systems should make your job easier, not more complicated
- You don’t need more tools—you need better structure
- Operations should support time freedom, not take it away
I focus on practical, flexible solutions that evolve with your business, instead of rigid frameworks that feel good on paper but fall apart in practice.
Who I’m here to support
While every business is different, I’m especially excited to work with:
- Small businesses and solo founders
- Creatives and coaches
- Folks in the outdoor industry, conservation and sustainability space, and health & wellness
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disorganized, or stretched thin by admin—and you want to feel relaxed, organized, motivated, and confident in your systems—you’re in the right place.
Let’s build something that supports your work and your life
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you know something feels messy behind the scenes and you’re ready for more clarity, I’d love to help.
